Secure payments for buyers and sellers

I observed a big problem in the country's commerce ecosystem and together with my team created a product that lets buyers and sellers exchange payments in a secure way unavailable before. The solution allowed the seller ship the product only after their customer deposited the payment, and the buyer to see their money released to the seller only after they received the product. We also act as an intermediary between merchants and customers, which is new to Nigerian market. Overall, Safeli.ng is a one-of-a-kind P2P transaction protection solution that is specifically designed for the e-commerce and professional services industries.

6 years into marketing and PR, I and my team helped over 1000 customers (from Bloomberg to Cointelegraph) generate 100M+ revenue in total. We use unconventional marketing strategies and press coverage to achieve clients' brand recognition. We help blockchain startups, projects, and entrepren the users to achieve profitability through media exposure, marketing, and consulting services.

Change management is the foundation of all of the problems I've worked through to solve for organizations. How to identify organizational gaps--between how products/processes/projects are currently managed versus organizational KPIs that require changes. I am able to work with people at all levels to help mitigate the change process through learning and knowledge management.

Led a comprehensive analysis of the existing system, forming a cross-functional team, and gathering user feedback. We redesigned the system with automation and self-service options, provided training to the support team, and continuously monitored and iterated on improvements. We achieved a 40% reduction in support calls, and increase in overall customer satisfaction.
